Tax incentives

Tax incentives and deductions for energy saving:

From 2006, after subscribing the Tokyo's protocol in 1997 with other 180 countries, the government has introduced tax incentives that facilitate the purchase of elements that help energy performances on the buildings. Frames should be aimed to energy saving reducing carbon dioxide emissions. This protocol has been extended until 2020. Tax deductions on insulation frames initially gave a cash-back in 3 years time from the purchase, now it has been extended to 10 years time. All the purchased windows have to be certified and have to follow minimum values of thermal transmission which change based on the climatic zone we are. Any prior communication to the city hall or authority isn't necessary to deduct the purchased value, the only rule to respect is to proceed with payment by wire transfer. All the details of whom has to benefit from this tax deduction, the details of the building and the technical datas have to be communicated online through ENEA's website.

Be careful, many other retailers don't know the correct procedures and the documents that have to be supplied to obtain this tax deductions. The risk is to vanish the possibility to have the cash back.
